I have received this email from customer, after I have asked what was the reason he has choose me (more expensive) carpet cleaner, than really cheap company who would charge him 80% less than I have charged.
I chose you because you are local and not a franchise. I also trust that you would do a better job because your reputation would be on the line. Word of mouth in small communities like Exeter can be both a blessing and a hardship.
Glad I chose you to be honest, quality job. I’m really happy.

Yes, thats true, Im not the cheapest carpet cleaner in Exeter or Devon. But the work is done to the best possible results, I will arrive on the day when we have agreed, I will arrive at the time we have agreed (well, if I`m going to be late, even 10 min, I will be in touch to let you know whats the situation).
