I have a call from the landlord last week saying if I can came in and clean the carpets in one bedroom, because tenants have had flooding throw the window. He also said its just small area by the window where water dripped. As you can see on the photos below, it wasnt small area. On the photos , you can see soaking wet underlay. We have remove it, and replace it with new one. But first dried the floor.
We cleaned the carpets on the end, with very good results. Customer was very happy, as well as tenants.
