I called Luke after my teenage daughter's party left our carpets very dirty and stained. He was able to arrive the next day and only took about an hour and a half to get 2 rooms and the stairs and hall looking like new. I had expected getting my carpets clean to be a hassle, but no. Luke was easy to contact, could immediately set up a date for the job and arrived five minutes early. We move around a lot and have to get carpets cleaned regular and I've never seen results like it. They looked like new. He even got a large and very old red wine stain out of a white carpet! I've recommended him several times since his work for us and would use him again in the future. You may pay a little more but the results are way ahead of the rest.

Luke,Was on time and finished on time. He even gave us some good pointers on how best to keep them clean. He is very honest, helpful and did a excellent job and we don't live on the ground floor. Nothing was any trouble. Defiantly recommend him and will be using him again and again.

We were almost thinking of changing our Sofa. My 18 month old baby was practically on the sofa from the time he wskes up and had made sure no one else would want to use it. Luke was very professional, great communication and very helpful. He cleaned the carpets at the end of a tenancy and brought them back to life - they had apparently been professionally cleaned before we moved in but he was able to spot stains which should have been eliminated - and in fact when he cleaned them, the stains all disappeared. Amazingly he was also able to get chewing gum out which had been walked into the carpet over a long period (teenage son) . An excellent service and we will definitely be using him again. I am never disappointed when Luke comes to clean the carpets. Living in a rental property we are very cautious to keep the carpets in good condition (especially as we have an 18 month old) so we use Luke every 4-6 months and the carpets always look brand new. The job is always done to the highest standard with minimal disruption to our day. Do not hesitate to book with Luke!

Luke lived up to his company name - Fab!!He turned up and we we were not ready as we were running behind time. Most carpet cleaners would have said they would come back at a later date when rooms were cleared etc. Not Luke!! He proceeded to get everything off the floor and then did a great job of cleaning all the dog and cat hair from the carpets leaving what , in effect, were carpets that had seen better days, looking almost new.We were tenants vacating a house and because of the pets, were expecting certain hassle from the landlords but as far as the carpets were concerned, even the landlords acknowledged a job well done!!Thanks Luke.
